I just activated my new sim with virgin 1 day ago, and that was fine on first day.
I brought my old no. with me, when the no. switched on the next day, I can't login to the mobile app, it shown like the attached pics, but I try to login again for many times still can't fix. But if I goto to website to login my avcount is working, just the app doesn't.
I had already try to re-installed the app, reboot my phone, still nothing change.
