when i try to make any call the message "calls to this number are barred"

 

any help

We're sorry to hear that you're having this issue. It can be down to a number of reasons so lets see if we can narrow things down for you. Can you please let us know the following?: 

  • Are you able to receive calls?
  • Are you able to use mobile data or send texts?
  • Do you have any call barring active or a spend cap in place?
  • When trying your SIM in another handset, does this change things?
