Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Mobile order looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
When this happens it can be due to a few things -
- Fraud have found something suspicious and have cancelled the order, this is something they do to protect customers from possible fraud.
- Parked order, which means a credit check had come back declined.
- An issue with the information given at point of sale.
