Yodel returned to sender

I ordered Yesterday, got accepted, signed the credit agreement etc and had notification that my parcel would be delivered today by yodel.

it’s now saying returned to sender?! 

can someone help me as to why this is? I could have gone elsewhere and would have had my order by now 🙃

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Mobile order looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

When this happens it can be due to a few things -

  • Fraud have found something suspicious and have cancelled the order, this is something they do to protect customers from possible fraud. 
  • Parked order, which means a credit check had come back declined. 
  • An issue with the information given at point of sale.

I can take a look into your account for you on here to see what has happened and what we need to do to rectify it 🙂
