Wrong spelling of email

When settting up my mother Account I spell my email wrong so I can not access the  account is there a way to redo your email address

My mother is the Account holder but she does not have internet

This is something that only an account holder can do. 

 

I'd advise passing her the number to call us on 150 / 0345 454 1111
