Wrong email

Good morning,

I'm on the opposite end of the "wrong email" questions--someone else set up an account using my email address. I frequently get emails about their account.

I can't figure out how to get this rectified. Calling the UK from the USA would be expensive, and it appears the chat feature is disabled, and I can't find an email address.

I don't know their phone # or account # because only shortened values are put in the emails.

What can I do?
