Hello I ordered a phone package today on next day delivery - heard nothing back and have no delivery number ? Just an email to say the checks would be verified ? ,I am with virgin business but as the contract ended when I asked for the PAK number yesterday (never arrived) and now the phone has no service today , really disappointed in this service so far, this is my work and how I work, all the payments go to this phone which I now cannot use? What can I do ? I cannot phone as my current phone now has no service and no live chat is available ??

This is the consumer side of things. Most likely you will have to contact Virgin Business direct
If you are moving Virgin to Virgin you don't need a PAC. That's for changing network supplier's

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your order. Are you transferring from Virgin Media business to Virgin Media consumer or are you staying with Virgin Media business and having trouble receiving your order information?

Changed over from business to regular, had to close the business accounts as they had finished and open new ones, but the new ones are saying they need checks but been asked for no additional information ?

Have you received any contract or agreement to sign and send back to us?
What does the status say on your new order?
