Hi, I ordered a phone online Monday morning and am still waiting for a call so they can send my phone...they tried Wednesday but I was driving so didn't pick up. A message was left to say they will call between 3 and 5 the next day... nothing. Can't get hold of anyone who can help. Just get told to wait. Is this the way virgin works? Not a great start.
