Had moved on from the upgrade or new handset let down only to be contacted last week promising it was possible again only to be waiting for a call back that never happend so I got in touch to be told it will get approved today and nothing not one call or email or voice mail, come on virgin please for the love of God sort this out and contact me thanks

Unfortunately that this is not something that the team and I are able to assist you with via our Forums and you will need to give us a call on 789/03456000789 so you can chat with the retentions team. They can check your upgrade and update you.
Had to ring up again to be told they knew nothing about it and to find out more in 3months until then no chance in upgrade or new handset really dissapointed and trying to find something positive in virgin altogether with mobile, media and b roadband been customer for ages and still false hopes about my due upgrade, just being honest
