Volt - don't need the SIM

Hi I’ve just updated to the volt ultimate, But I really don’t need the £25 SIM card as only need 20gb data at a max, Am I allowed to Ask o2 to change the plan or would that cancel my volt deal with virgin media, as technically will still have a o2 sim?

It's all worked into the packaged pricing of the offer. If you would like to change this, then then we would advise speaking with our retentions team again.

Had a chat with 02 and virgin on live chat they said as long as I keep a sim at 02 then it will count. I’ve kept the screen shots as evidence
