Voicemail locked abroad

Hi
I'm abroad at the moment and have a new voicemail. I went to listen to it and got asked for a pin. Tried my usual ones and have been locked out. I don't recall setting a pin so I'm not sure whether I have and have forgotten it, or whether it's a default one. Please can you help reset my pin and allow me access to my voicemail?

I'm sorry to hear your normal PIN isn't working. 

 

I have been able to locate your account and so wish to help with this.
