Voicemail in in Spain

I’m in Spain and can’t access voicemail, I don’t recall setting a PIN number, any help please ?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your Voicemail from Spain. We can certainly reset things for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

I'm sorry you've decided to wait until you're back in the UK. Whether you are in Spain or back in the UK, we would still need to clear security with you so the same questions would apply.
