Voicemail Pin

Hello. I am currently in Spain, have received a voicemail, but its requering a PIN - I never have setup one. I can read here in forums that its a common problem. How can I get my PIN?? Thanks

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Voicemail when abroad. By default, and for security reasons, when you disconnect from the UK Mobile Network, your Voicemails are immediately protected.

I'm going to send you a private message so we can reissue you a Voicemail PIN. Please look out for it in the top-right, in the purple envelope.
