Voicemail Pin

Can somebody help me set up a new voicemail pin number? I did this a couple of months ago but didnt realise it was only a temporary one. I am abroad and have messages I need to listen to.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Voicemail PIN. 

I understand that you have done this previously, but we advise all customers to set up a new voicemail PIN every time they go abroad. You can take a look on our website to see How To Set Up a Voicemail PIN.

As you're already abroad, we will be more than happy to look into this for you via Private Message.
