So like many many people it seems, gone abroad and I suddenly need a PIN, it's a voicemail that is probably from my bank.

I try calling 789 to get a message about the number not existing.

So I need a PIN "reset" please.

Thank you for your post. 

You would only ever need a pin in them circumstances or when you are trying to access your voicemail from a different phone. 789 wouldn't work whilst you're abroad - the number to call when you are is: +44 7953 967 967 for future reference 🙂
