I'm trying to get the Virgin PAC code before putting the new O2 SIM into my Virgin phone. I need to keep the number. Not CS fault as I did say would have a new number but as I haven't put it in my phone yet was hopeful could get PAC as change of plans and I didn't really realise new o2 sim would close VM ac.
I've tried to login/ reset pw for mob ac but site just says details are invalid, tried to request PAC using txt service, no response. Next I tried to create a new mobile ac but verify text code doesn't arrive although site says its sent.
Hoping can still get the PAC?
