Trying to login to my mobile account -didn’t recognise email/password so tried to reset but says there’s a problem with my email address. So tried forgotten everything link - entered phone number, surname and postcode and apparently I don’t exist??
Sorry you're having issues accessing your online account, this ins't good.
I know you've tried the above so can I ask when was the last time you accessed the online account?
Have you tried registering for one instead and seeing if that works?
