Virgin media doesn't recognise email/password

Hi,

A few hours ago I got a scam text message and I clicked on it, but ultimately dodged a bullet or so I hope. It was a direct debit scam and i'm worried. Now, i've been trying to log into my account, changed my password and it still doesn't recognise my login details. If I recall correctly, a few months ago I experienced the same issue, eventually I was able to access my account. What to do?

I have the same problems you would think a big company like this would be on the ball 🎱
It’s a joke!!! A child could maintain a website better !

I’m not pleased at all I pay over £100 a month and I can’t Evan log in .....JOKE
