Virgin Mobile will not let me log in with correct details

Joining in

Going round and round in circles. Log in details are correct but Virgin Mobile says otherwise. How can I get into my account

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you have been unable to log into your my VM account. We can understand the inconvenience caused by this issue. We would normally suggest trying the following link How ever in this case, I will send a private message 

to further look into this. Please look out for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
