phone number not recognised
postcode not recognised
website is useless it takes me round and round in circles and I still cannot access my account. I can't even register again because of the above.
Thinking of leaving Virgin for a while now - this makes my mind up - useless.
Only way is to ring them and hang on until they answer. Website is useless and takes me round and round in circles. The guy on the phone was great, but couldn't explain why it might have happened.
