Virgin Mobile - new phone delivery?

Hi, 

I ordered a phone 11 days ago, I was given the estimated delivery date of 24/11/22 (which is today). On the orders portal it still says 'awaiting stock', what are the chances the phone will be delivered today or over the weekend? or why I've had no change to the estimated delivery date if it cannot be delivered today?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue getting any updates on your order. 

If there is a stock issue then it's unlikely to be delivered today I'm afraid. Usually the account will update when we have more information.
