I recieved a txt saying a verification email will be sent to me but I never recieved it.

The acoount has recently been set up for me and I was advised by a Virgin agent by phone that he had already sent me a email to change my email addrrss and pw but again, this email never arrived.

I have also check the spam folder and no emails from virgin in there.

I have also checked and rexheckdd the as its case sensitive.
