Virgin Mobile Registration Password Rejection

I am trying to register my Virgin Mobile account. I cannot get past the stage of registration where you input email and password - the form shows that the password is Good with green ticks, but continually returns an error asking me to check the password matches the rules - but it does! Tried password generator but no success.

Any suggestions?

Hi AlanDc,

As far as I can remember the password must be between 8-10 characters long, letters and numbers only, no spaces, and the first character must be a letter
