I have been unable to sign in to my mobile account on-line because 'oops, the boffins are working on maintenance.' Any idea how long this can go on?
Right.... seems stupid for something like this to be unavailable for such a long time.
The website still out this morning. The message is the same.
'Oops! You’ve caught ushard at work…
Our technical boffins are doing some important work behind thescenes to improve the way we do things around here.
We hope to be back in action soon.'
I have called and know my balance; but I just want to check my recent charges. Patience is obviously a virtue in the world of super-fast broadband.
We can only hope we get an answer soon as Virgin Mobile customers are wanting to do all sorts of things in their accounts from topping up to cancelling. The longer the Virgin silence continues the more of the latter there may be!

Need to top up daughters PAYG phone, but, can't access the mobile accounts to do so...
Been like this for 24 HOURS now tried several times, on 3 different devices..., and STILL nothing, not even the DECENCY OF ANY SORT OF OFFICIAL COMMENT!!!!
'Oops, you've caught us hard at work' TOTAL B/S, and VM KNOW IT......they don't work, leave alone 'hard'
GET OFF YOUR BACKSIDES VM, and ACTUALLY DO SOME WORK!!!
Even if it's only to say 'we don't care!!'

Well I'm honestly very disillusioned by the service from Virgin at the moment....
I'm due to have Trio of services installed in the morning and despite two weeks noticed to get work external to property done it hasn't been, so I'm going to assume the following...
1. I'm going to have a technician arrive who's going to say no services for me and good look.
2. Technician will splice from neighbours omni temporarily
3. Based on the technician visit vanishing from order tracking pages of my account, I will be waiting around for nobody to arrive.
Besides this I've been trying to access my new Virgin Oomph sim account for a solid week now with no success.
I've actually decided to keep my number running on an O2 PAYG sim at £5 instead of risking it to Virgin.

Well, maybe you should have read this first, then decided (not to).....
This is the worst service I have ever seen from Virgin.
Not even too acknowledge there is a problem is beyond belief.
Get a grip someone and answer the reason why the system is not working.
