I am trying to log-in to my mobile account over the last 2 days, it returns an error.
I am trying to see when my upgrade date is and what deals are currently available or whether its worth looking elsewhere.
Can you advise when this issue may be resolved?

I can confirm there was an error like this yesterday but has since been resolved. Can you try a different web browser please?
It works using the mobile app.
However the error is still occuring using the Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers.
It's the same using ethernet/ wifi even after clearing cookies etc and in incognito mode. Also not working using 4G on a mobile

I did check this myself before responding to double check - I'm using Chrome as a browser and I was able to get to the log in screen. Admittedly went no further.

Yes I'm seeing the same error screen, even after clearing cookies and all browsing data in each browser, however the app is working perfectly.

Still not working for me using Chrome or Edge browsers.
