Upgrade delivery

Was given today's date for delivery of new phone two weeks ago.  Its been "awaiting stock " for two weeks.  Due today buy still haven't had a tracking number for yodel

Sorry to see you are having issues with your phone delivery.

 

Just to confirm have you signed the CCA agreement that would've been mailed over when the order was place? 

 

Also what handset is it that you have ordered?

Yes signed everything its said order processing for two weeks was due today,  it has changed to tomorrow but still no tracking number.  Iphone 13 Pro max
