Upgrade and Account

Hi, I can’t get into my account because it’s asking for a password I created. I don’t remember creating one though so I have no idea what it is! I want to upgrade but I think I’m still in a contract for another two month. Can someone find out for me please?

Hi Nicolelee1, thank you for posting! Sorry to hear you are having issues logging in. 

Is this for accessing your My Virgin media account

If you open the above link and go to the 'login page' there should be a 'forgotten password' link. If you follow this it will take you through the steps to change your password.

Yes it is, I have tried that and it said I need to ring. Is that the only way?
