Updated home address on my account but bills still have old address on them

Hi,

I set up 2 mobile monthly sims before moving, and when I moved in July I updated the account home address, which appears in my online account's profile address. I've just received my october bill, and it still has the old address on it. I can't see how else I'm meant to change it?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear there's some confusion with your address.

 

This may have been updated online but not been updated on our billing system.
