Long story short:
I had my phone stolen outside of home country. I locked my sim. Got my replacement sim sent out to where I am (still not in my home country). My account is suspended and the Virgin Media/Mobile website sends me in endless circles. I have not been able to verify my whatsapp account on this phone so I can't use the WhatsApp or messaging or call-related contact options.
Can someone help me, please?
