I'm trying to sort out a problem for my mum. We have a Virgin mobile account that was migrated from PAYG to a Pay Monthly account last December. I setup all the direct debit details and everything looks ok on the account. However my mum is no longer able to make outgoing calls or send texts and the account overview page states:
Your services have been barred as you have an outstanding balance. [Unbar services]
Even though there is credit in the account? It should be coming out correctly via direct debit?
Any ideas?
