I need to access certain sites as I work for a CEOP and this is making it difficult to work at home. I have just moved onto Virgin and I have been to the security settings and Child Safe is turned off. Please can this setting be changed.

We have checked the settings and they all appear to be in place to work correctly, some sites are just blocked for security reasons. Are you able to access these over different connection such as mobile data or another Wi-Fi connection?
Is it just your home connection you have problems with?
