Unable to sign in to Virgin Mobile

I have a device only plan with Virgin Mobile, my actual “airtime plan” is free of charge as it came with my Virgin Fibre plan and the telephone number is registered with O2 since the merge of the two companies.

i want to look at what I have left to pay on my device plan with a view to potentially trading in and upgrading. I cannot find a way to log in to view these details. Each time I click “forgot password” I am asked for my Virgin phone number which of course isn’t recognised as it is an O2 registered number.

Can anyone help? I can provide my agreement number if necessary.

You will need to access the Security Key for your handset loan agreement to check out the remaining balance.

Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner, and I'll seek to arrange for this to be sent out to you.
