Unable to register my new oomph sim card

Hi, I'm having the same issue, I received an Oomph sim with my broadband, and was waiting for my current contract to expire before using it. When I try to register online it asks for a password I never set, and the answer to a security question which I also never set. I keep going round in circles on the website, I am unable to login, unable to register and when I click 'forgotten username and password' it doesn't recognise my number, last name and post code. Is there something I'm missing?
