Unable to process direct debit's payment.

I have a payment due for my phone bill soon. My online banking has been compromised and therefore all transactions suspended. The hacker has also transferred my mobile number to his device and therefore i have no service. What will happen in relation to my phone bill due to be paid as the direct debit won't be taken.

 

I have already contacted virgin and theyre in the process of switching the number back over.

HI AlexLaker_10, the service would become barred as we would need an active direct debit on the account, once you are able to pay the bill please pay this via card payment either online or through the app. ^Chris
