I've had my virgin mobile account set up over the phone and set up a plan that I can access and view on the "Virgin Mobile" app on my phone. However, I am unable to log into the mobile website via my laptop as the password the guy over the phone has given me doesn't work. I have tried selecting "Forgotten your password" but when I enter my phone and email address it comes up with a message saying "Oops! That wasn't quite right." Can someone please point me in the right direction to getting this issue sorted.
