Unable to connect with my Mobile account

Virgin will not allow me access my Mobile account, Contact with them is impossible. Are Virgin moving away from the Mobile market?  Has anyone a solution to this issue

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry that you're experiencing difficulties when trying to access your Virgin Mobile account.

 

Can we ask what issues you're having? Are you unable to sign in? Have you tried re-setting the password or clicking forgot username?
