Unable to change password

I have forgotten my password for my Virgin media account. I accessed the website and forgot password option. I completed all details but it’s saying ‘please enter valid bill details’. The details are definitely correct. I have checked several times. From reading previous messages it seems it needs to be reset by virgin media. Please help?
