Unable to call or text after port

Hello,

I've recently signed up for two SIM only contracts, both porting numbers from Three.  The port date for both was yesterday (08.09.21) which initially seemed to go to plan and both my partner and I received the "we're all done switching" texts from Virgin.  Unfortunately, while my partner's service started working perfectly straight away (data, calls and texts all fine), on my own phone I can only use data and am unable to make calls or send texts.  When I try to call any number I get a message of "No SIM or SIM error".  Also any calls to my ported number don't go through.  I've tried removing/reinserting the SIM and tried it in other phones to no avail.

Please could someone take a look for me?  Just wondering if there was an issue with the port.
