Unable to answer security question when registering for Virgin mobile account

I need to register for my Virgin Mobile account, but can't complete the initial screen since I can't complete the security question. Can anyone assist on how I set up the security question and answer.

When registering a My Virgin Media account this would be something you'd set up here and not something that is correct or incorrect.
