Unable to access voicemail abroad as don’t know voicemail PIN

Hi - I’m abroad at the moment in Greece and I’ve had a message that I have voicemail but I’m unable to access the messages as it keeps asking me for a voicemail PIN. I don’t recall ever having set one up and I’ve tried any numbers that it might be and also the default one I’ve seen mentioned of 7890 but to no avail.

please can someone advise how I can get access to my voicemail? I’m struggling to find what customer service number to use. I’ve tried 789 but that doesn’t seem to work from abroad. All the advice on the virgin site is unhelpfully about how to set you pin up before you go and nothing about what to do once you are abroad!
