Signed up to the Ultimate Oomph specifically as it included the unlimited sim and second box. I have yet to receive either. Chased via emails and made over 6 hours of calls and haven’t got through, cut over after an hour or told it’s coming in a few days (2 weeks ago).
Been over 2 weeks now and been ignored on every front so now coming on here.
Paying for 2 sims currently and have half the tv service.
