I've already gone through the complaints process. nobody got back with 8 weeks so I was able to take it up with cicas. I've already started the independent adjudication. VM now have 10 days to respond. i have seen your DM, I wont be responding to it. I have spent too long over the last 15 months going through all that. I will just leave it to cicas and yourselves to sort.
