I was wondering if someone could assist. I'm moving out and I've cancelled my virgin media services, this includes Broadband, TV, Phone and mobile. This all ends on the 19th of September
My ex-partner has signed up for the same package and has received the free unlimited oomph sim card but the number has not moved over to her new account.
I was assured over the phone that I wouldn't have to do anything at all and when she puts the sim card in her phone the mobile number would just transfer across.
She's received the sim card, and she now has a new number and not her original number as advised. How do I get her number to go over to her account from mine, which will cease on the 19th?
