My wife and myself both posted our old phones back on the same day. My wife had her valuation confirmed shortly after both phones were recieved. However I am still receiving emails reminding me to return my phone.

We have proof of postage, and the tracker on the packages states they were both delivered to you on the 16th of June.

Any help would be appreciated.
