Trade up envelope not received

Hi

I'm trying to trade up from my current iPhone to get a new phone. I am still waiting for my envelope to be sent to me. Also I've been told that my new phone might not be ready for me until 30th June.  I realise my trade-up quote is only valid for 14 days, but I don't want to be left without a device.  My envelope was sent to me on the 10th so I have no idea if it got lost in the post or not....if anyone could help, that would be amazing.
