Hello.
On 14 November 2022, I placed an order with Virgin Mobile for a new device and contract. I will be switching from Vodafone and my PAC code will be expiring shortly. When I placed the order, I was told that the device would be delivered by 24 November 2022.
I had not heard anything and tried to log in to my account to track the order, but it was locked. When I called the helpline yesterday, I was told that I could not access my account until I had received the phone and activated the line. When I asked about the status of my order, I was told it was due for delivery on 24 November 2022 but the phone had been out of stock, so there's a chance that it might not be delivered on 24 November 2022 (which seems absurd, as this wasn't made clear at the point of ordering).
Can someone please assist with letting me know the status of my order and whether I will receive it tomorrow, and also with accessing my account (if possible)?

Hey jamesantwills, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to to the community, I am sorry you haven't got anything to say it will be delivered yet.
Depending what phone you are waiting for for example if its the iPhone 14 Pro range there is still a delay on these.
You should of heard by now if it was due to delivered tomorrow, however I am going to send you a PM so we can look into this.
