Total disaster Discount not applied

Was advised in February re £12 price hike. Spoke to advisor 4th Feb, agreed a discount on rise of £6. So would be £64 per month.  Contract sent. No changes to package. Mix TV, 250 broadband, oomph bundle SIM included & family sim at £5.77 pm. Advise email re April bill no £6 discount, spent 5 hours on & off on what's app chat. Thought it was sorted. They said hasn't been applied, I sent a copy of contract. They said could do it for £56. I asked multiple times, that nothing would change, was told no. Next morning, email stating family sim been deactivated! Phoned & spoke to someone, they said they had sorted it, all ok. Then had email stating the oomph SIM been deactivated. Spent another 2 hours been given the runaround, told all sorted deactivation cancelled. Now received email stating next bill will be £100.08 & package £78.25 ??? What happened to the £64 or £56?? I just cannot get anyone to help
