Hi, I signed up for a virgin media mobile and am paying for the device and plan separately.
Upon applying I have received 8 emails saying various things. Also different email addresses are used vmteam@virginmedia.co.uk….mail@virginmedia.co.u……youraccount@virginmediateam.co.uk… this seems odd. Also the format seems different.
I have called the number 0345 600 0789 and spoke to a foreign man who seemed genuine but the phone (iphone 13) apparently is not in stock and will take 3 week… surely virgin mobile would have these in stock ?
Im questioning it all please to see if legitamite
