Hello,
A couple of weeks ago I received a message saying that my SIM card was going to stop working because they had sent me a new SIM card. I thought Virgin had my correct details because I have broadband and mobile with them, but it turns out both accounts are not linked, so I believe my mobile account still has my old address.
My SIM card has now stopped working, so I cannot call until Monday when I am at work, and I have been trying to log into my account, but nothing seems to work. I need help resetting my online account so that I can change my address and have the new SIM sent to where I currently live, or have someone help me do that directly.
