Still waiting for someone to get back to me and explain where my trade up money for my old iPhone is.

Having the same problem been waiting to be refunded for a trade in iPhone they received from me over a month ago had to ring up to try and chace the money to be told numerous times they would raise a complaint as they didn’t know where the money was!!! and some would get back to me within 48hrs then 24hrs then 70hrs and nobody ever did it’s like banging your head against a wall😡
