Was moved over to O2 (by virgin) as my mobile provider a few months ago. Get my O2 bill separately but virgin mobile still appears on my statement, as well as O2.
The amounts are even different.
Shame I can’t Simply get on the phone to someone and sort it out.

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are still seeing Virgin Mobile, when you first took out the Mobile did you get an Handset at the same time, when this happens you see 2 separate payments 1 that says Virgin Mobile is the Tarif and any that says Virgin Media is the charge for the Handset.

This was indeed the case. Was on a 36 month contract and I’m 2 years into it. Was moved over to O2 not because contract was up but because Virgin switched moblie network provider.

Thank you for reaching back out and for confirming this was a Contract with an Handset hence still being taken, you can pay the loan side of things off earlier you wanted to, this would mean you pay the remainder or the handset loan.
